It's Here!
Day 3
I am so excited! My Plexus Slim welcome package F came in! :) I already took my accelerator pill and drank my drink. In my excitement, I took my pill without eating and didn't READ the instructions on the box. I am suppose to eat first then, take it 20 minutes later. Well, I felt why. I was a little shaking and my stomach was very hungry. No harm done though, I just ate and I feel better. Do as I say, not as I do. :)

Day One
Day One
Today, October 25, 2012 I ordered my 30 day supply of Plexus Slim and Accelerator. It should be here by Monday the 29th. It is difficult for me to admit, but I had given up in my struggle to lose weight. With the demands of a full time job, mother and wife. It is challenging to eat perfectly and hit the gym 5 days a week. I used to be a runner (okay, jogger) but that was easy to do when it was just me.
These are my stats:
Weight: 235 pounds (ouch)
Height: 5'6"
Herniated Disc between Lumbars 4 & 5
Waist: 44.5 "
Hips: 52.75"
Chest: 42"
Thigh: 24"
Upper Arm: 15.75"
Size: Tight 22
My goal? 140 pounds and run again. I have no idea what that would translate for me in inches. I just know that I can't continue like this and I need some help. I believe it will work so much that I also signed up to be an Ambassador for Plexus Slim!
